Jason’s passion for whisky lies in the journey from grain to glass, where slow craftsmanship and traditional methods shape its character. This approach results in a whisky that beautifully marries natural elements with the artistry of its maker. Crafted in Sooke, British Columbia, using BC grain, this whisky’s mash bill of rye, wheat, and malted barley is distilled in small batches and aged for four years in new American white oak barrels. Its robust, full-bodied flavour profile is enhanced by the use of new American oak and a genuine love for whisky-making. Experience deep, complex rye spice with notes of pepper, vanilla, cooked fruit, brown sugar, and a subtle hint of leather.

Like all Sheringham gins it's subtle, nothing dominates the juniper/gin flavour, but it's quite distinctive - a 'green' taste, along with citrus - summery! Our current favourite.
