Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship to most provinces across Canada. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Age Verification
Please note that a person 19 years or older must be available to receive the delivery. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required upon delivery to verify age.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to provincial regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain regions. If your area is restricted, you will be notified at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at customer@sheringhamdistillery.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
