Raincoast Gin was inspired by the fresh rainfall that feeds the lush temperate rainforest and is expressed through coastal botanicals, traditional juniper, and citrus. Raincoast is a bright and balanced approachable gin, presenting subtle impressions of the west coast through notes of nettle and oakmoss. This gin is elegant on its own, in a classic martini, and brilliantly nuanced in a Sheringham cocktail.
The flavour profile balances citrus brightness with earthy undertones from unique coastal botanicals. Nettle adds a fresh, herbaceous quality while oakmoss contributes forest floor complexity. These botanicals work together with traditional juniper to create an approachable gin that maintains elegance whether enjoyed neat or in cocktails. The 43% alcohol content provides optimal strength for both sipping and mixing applications.

Like all Sheringham gins it's subtle, nothing dominates the juniper/gin flavour, but it's quite distinctive - a 'green' taste, along with citrus - summery! Our current favourite.
