Our Akvavit includes notes of dill, caraway, anise, citrus, and local, sustainably-harvested winged kelp, which provides a tantalizing hint of the ocean and captures the taste of our region.
Now at Sheringham, we’ve taken this dynamic spirit one step further. Through the barrel aging process, we’ve given new depth, colour, aroma, and oaky characteristics to an already incredible recipe.
Serve our barrel-aged Akvavit chilled over ice, or build it into an unforgettable cocktail.
The Specifics
Aged for: 8 months
Aged in: American white oak barrels (the same ones previously used for our whisky)
Pricing: $56.00 + taxes & fees per 750mL bottle
Where to Get It: Our barrel-aged akvavit is currently only available to be tried and purchased in our distillery's tasting room.
