Our new Lemon Gin Liqueur is made with a new Gin base and delectable, premium lemons. We decided to take the fresh, tart notes of the fruit and gently sweeten them to create a spirit that is 100% Sheringham. The final liqueur is great for sipping, or just add ice and soda for a simple cocktail.

Like all Sheringham gins it's subtle, nothing dominates the juniper/gin flavour, but it's quite distinctive - a 'green' taste, along with citrus - summery! Our current favourite.
